Title: Manager- Retail & Channels

OVERALL PURPOSE
To execute the retail and distribution strategy for the mobile money business, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and agent/channel performance. The Retail and Channels Manager will ensure wide availability of mobile money services through a robust network of agents, merchants, and service centers, while supporting partner enablement and improving the customer experience
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications: Grade 12 School Certificate, Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any relevant field
Professional Registration: Zambia Institute of Marketing
Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years in 3+ years’ experience in telecoms, fintech, or FMCG, with at least 1 year in a channel/retail leadership role.
Key Skills: Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategy
