OVERALL PURPOSE
To develop, manage, and grow mobile money products and services across identified customer segments, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. The role drives innovation, customer adoption, revenue growth, and profitability through a structured product lifecycle and segment management approach
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications: Grade 12 School Certificate Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any relevant field
Professional Registration: Zambia Institute of Marketing- ZIM
Minimum Experience: 5+ years’ experience in product management, preferably in mobile financial services, fintech, or telecom
Key Skills: Proven experience in developing and implementing product development and sales strategy Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
