Job description

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Human Capital and Talent Management to lead and strengthen the people function for a growing organization in the real estate and property development sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategy, managing talent, and fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with the organisation’s goals Lead recruitment, onboarding, and overall talent management processes Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies Drive learning, development, and staff capacity-building initiatives Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture Provide HR analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Registered member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM) 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the real estate or property development sector Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills How to Apply Interested candidates should send their CV, cover letter, and certified copies of qualifications to recruitmentzm@kestria.com by 25th March 2026.
