At Minachi Exclusive Lodge, we believe in boldness, excellence, and leadership. We are looking for a Management Trainee to be mentored over six months into a leadership position.

Who We Are Looking For:

A university or college graduate (minimum 2 years) with a degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Self-driven, confident, and a fast learner who is eager to grow.
Someone with high self-esteem and a hunger for success in the hospitality industry.

What to Expect:

Comprehensive mentorship & hands-on training in hospitality management.
A structured learning experience leading to a management role.
Challenging assignments including written tasks and computer skills validation.
