JOB OPPORTUNITY – MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME

Currently Twyford is the world’s biggest ceramic company and clean coal gasification system supplier. About the Programme
The Management Trainee Programme is designed for recent graduates who are eager to build a successful career in manufacturing. Trainees will receive structured mentorship, hands-on exposure, and practical training across various factory operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
This programme prepares high-potential graduates for future specialist and management roles within the organisation.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this programme, applicants must have:
• Full Grade 12 School Certificate
• A Diploma or Degree in:
o Mechanical Engineering
o Electrical/Electronics Engineering
o Industrial Engineering
o Biomedical Science/Engineering
o Or a related field
• 0–2 years of work experience (recent/fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
