Our client in Lusaka, Zambia is looking for a Management Accountant to join their team for a job vacancy within the stationery, printing and office furniture supplier Industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analyses
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost performance across departments
• Support strategic planning through financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Ensure accurate allocation of costs and maintain cost center integrity
• Collaborate with operations and senior management to improve financial efficiency
• Assist in audit preparation and compliance with internal controls
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax, regulatory, and reporting standardsAdvertise in Zambia
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ZICA) – preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in management accounting or financial analysis
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills (e.g. Sage, SAP, QuickBooks)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
