KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Oversee the maintenance and repair of all earth-moving equipment.
– Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
– Supervise maintenance staff and ensure adherence to safety standards.
– Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and procurement of spare parts.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Provide technical support and advice to operational teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably with earthmoving or heavy equipment.
– Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
– Leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
– Relevant technical qualifications or certifications.
