Logistics and Warehouse Officer

Ezra Energy Limited is a dynamic and growing organization committed to operational excellence and efficiency in delivering high-quality products and services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics and Warehouse officer to join our team and oversee our supply chain, warehouse, and distribution operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, inventory control, and timely dispatch of goods.
Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics activities to ensure efficient distribution and supply chain processes.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce operational costs.
Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure effective record-keeping and reporting.
Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure peak performance.

**Qualifications & Experience**

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
Qualification or experience in Purchasing and Supply will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics planning.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software.
