LanjiZ Management Consultants assists Corporate Clients to scale-up by concentrating on their core businesses and leave the management of Resources to us! Our services include Recruitment, Training (L&D), Advisory Services and Business Process Outsourcing.

Our client – a Micro Finance Lending Institution seeks the services of a self driven Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will be required to carry out the following but not limited to:

Review loan applications for approval or denial.
Assess applicants’ financial records for eligibility.
Provide clients with detailed information about loan products.
Assist clients throughout the loan application process.
Monitor loan statuses and record all payments received and pending.
Oversee loan accounts, addressing issues as they arise.
Coordinate with other teams for seamless loan management.
Stay informed about market trends and lending laws.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements:

Diploma in business or related field preferred.
Experience as a Loan Officer or in finance.
Strong knowledge of lending processes.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in loan software and Microsoft Office.
Strong computer background in experience or training.
Loan Officer certification (e.g., NMLS) preferred.
