Job description
WE ARE HIRING!
LOAN OFFICER – LUSAKA
Benart Solutions Limited is a financial services company providing fast, affordable and accessible loans to salaried employees and SMEs across Zambia.
We are looking for a young, energetic and results-driven Loan Officer to join our team and help grow our lending business.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in a business-related field.
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in loan sales or lending, preferably Government Payroll (GRZ) loans.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer literate.
- Honest, self-motivated and target-driven.
- Existing relationships within Government institutions will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell Benart loan products.
- Source and recruit new customers.
- Process and assess loan applications.
- Build relationships with Government institutions and employers.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Follow up loan repayments and maintain a quality portfolio.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
