• Location: Mazabuka, Zambia
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote the company’s loan products to prospective clients.
• Identify, recruit, and maintain a strong client portfolio.
• Assess loan applications and conduct credit evaluations.
• Verify customer information and conduct field visits where necessary.
• Prepare and submit loan applications for approval.
• Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, lending procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in lending, sales, customer service, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• High levels of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of the local business environment will be an added advantage.
• Rider’s license will be an added advantage.
