Job Purpose
The Litigation Lawyer will represent clients in civil, commercial, and regulatory disputes, providing effective legal representation before courts, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forums in Zambia.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Manage and conduct litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, submissions, and other court documents.
Appear before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial bodies on behalf of clients.
Advise clients on dispute resolution strategies, risks, and possible outcomes.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
Handle negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions.
Ensure compliance with court rules, procedures, and timelines.
Liaise with clients, witnesses, experts, and court officials.
Maintain accurate case files and provide regular updates to clients and partners.
Keep up to date with developments in Zambian litigation and procedural law.

Qualifications and ExperienceExecutive Recruitment Services
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
Minimum of 3 years’ post-bar qualification experience in litigation.
Admitted to the Bar in Zambia with a valid Practicing Certificate.
