Job description
Greenfield College invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Tutor – Catering.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver practical and theoretical catering lessons in line with approved curricula
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
Supervise students during practical kitchen sessions
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Participate in curriculum development and academic activities
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Craft certification, diploman or Degree in Catering, Food Production, Hospitality, or a related field
Teaching qualification will be an added advantage
Practical industry experience in catering or hospitality
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Registered or eligible for registration with TEVETA (added advantage)
Skills & Competencies
Passion for teaching and skills development
Strong practical catering and food preparation skills
Ability to work with diverse learners
Professionalism, reliability, and teamwork
