The Zambia Institute of Business Studies and Industrial Practice (ZIBSIP) College in Kitwe is looking to hire a Part-time lecturer in General Hospitality – Events Management to join its dynamic academic team.

Lecturer in General Hospitality – Events Management (Part-time)

Key Responsibilities:

•  Deliver high-quality lectures in Hospitality and Events Management.
• Develop, review, and update teaching materials and curricula
• Supervise students’ projects, internship, and practical training.
• Conduct research and contribute to academic publications.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students.
• Participate in departmental and institutional activities.
• Be able to keep and manage a well-organized teaching file.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate, Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management, or related field.
• Accredited by TEVETA.
• At least 3 years of teaching or Industry experience in Hospitality and events management.
• Strong Communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to integrate practical Industry knowledge into academic teaching.
