Job description

Broadleaf Urban Properties is a growing real estate and property development company committed to delivering quality land development solutions across Zambia through professionalism, innovation, and excellence.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team and support our expanding land development and construction projects.

Key Requirements

* Degree in Land Surveying or a related field

* Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in land surveying

* Proficiency in GPS, Total Stations, AutoCAD, GIS, and other surveying tools

* Strong understanding of cadastral and topographical surveys

* Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills

* Strong communication and report-writing abilities

* Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Main Responsibilities

* Conduct land and topographical surveys for property and development projects

* Establish and verify land boundaries and site measurements

* Prepare survey reports, maps, drawings, and legal descriptions

* Operate and maintain modern surveying equipment and software

* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams on project execution

* Analyze survey data and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations

* Maintain accurate field notes, records, and survey documentation

* Support site planning, land subdivision, and infrastructure development projects
