KITCHEN CHEF – FLAMBÉ BY VOX (Silverest)

Flambé by Vox is a high-end dining destination dedicated to delivering exceptional cuisine, outstanding service, and memorable guest experiences. We are seeking talented professionals to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and present high-quality meals to restaurant standards.
• Lead and supervise kitchen operations and staff.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, food costing, and stock control.
• Develop innovative menu items and seasonal specials.
Requirements
• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Fine dining experience is an added advantage.
