Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth? Skyrock Labour Consultants is seeking to hire, an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic business partner in the ICT Industry.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing key B2B accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting our tendering processes across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture strategic relationships with key B2B clients to ensure longterm success and satisfaction.
Drive the acquisition of new business opportunities within the ICT sector to meet and exceed sales targets.
Lead and coordinate tendering and bidding processes, including the preparation and submission of proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver client-focused ICT solutions.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and client interactions using Zoho CRM or a similar platform.
Provide regular reports and strategic insights to senior management on account performance and market trends.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, Business Studies, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the ICT sector, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of tendering procedures and contract negotiation.
Proven track record of developing new business and achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
