To strengthen our team, we invite suitably qualified and experienced individuals to apply for the following positions:

HEAD OF BUSINESS DEPARTMENT

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Business Department.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate department staff.
Ensure effective curriculum implementation and high academic standards.
Develop departmental work plans and monitor performance.
Coordinate examinations, assessments, and academic reporting.
Participate in school management meetings and contribute to policy development.
Take part in other extra-curricular activities for the school for Example: Class tutors, Club Matron, Discipleship leader etc.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education in Business Studies.

· Minimum of three (3) years’ teaching experience.

· Demonstrated management and leadership abilities.

· Proven track record of producing excellent Grade 12 final examination results.

· Commitment to supporting and upholding Christian values.
GRADE 7 TEACHER
Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.

· Prepare learners for Grade 7 final examinations and ensure high academic performance.

· Assess, record, and report on learners’ progress.

· Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

· Participate in staff meetings, school activities, and professional development programmes.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Primary Education.

· Minimum of two (2) years’ teaching experience at primary level.

· Proven track record of producing good Grade 7 final examination results will be an added advantage.

· Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia.

· Commitment to supporting and upholding Christian values.

PROCUREMENT -INTERN

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement processes in line with institutional policies.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
Prepare procurement reports as required.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of a Diploma in Procurement, Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, or related field.
Knowledge of procurement procedures and supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Computer literacy is an added advantage.
Must support and uphold Christian values.
