? JOB OPPORTUNITY – ZAMBIA LOGISTICS SPECIALIST (RENEWABLE)

? Company: One Acre Fund
? Location: Kabwe, Zambia
? Job Type: Full-time (1-Year Contract, Renewable)

? About the Role:
Join One Acre Fund and lead logistics operations including inventory, warehousing, and distribution to support smallholder farmers across Zambia.

? Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory and warehouse operations
• Plan and coordinate deliveries and distribution
• Oversee transport logistics and route optimization
• Lead and develop logistics teams
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

? Requirements:
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in logistics/operations
• Strong planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven with excellent stakeholder management
