? JOB OPPORTUNITY – LAND SURVEYOR

? Company: Group of Companies
? Location: Lusaka, Zambia
? Job Type: Contract

A reputable organization is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to support construction and land development projects through accurate measurement and mapping of land boundaries.

? Key Responsibilities
• Conduct land and topographic surveys
• Use GPS, total stations, and leveling equipment
• Prepare survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions
• Analyze data using CAD and GIS tools
• Collaborate with engineers and construction teams
• Set out construction works based on design plans
• Maintain accurate survey records and field notes
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards

? Requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS tools
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to operate modern surveying equipment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

? Experience
• 3–5 years in field and office surveying
• Must be based in Lusaka and available to start immediately
