China Copper Mines Limited (CCM) is inviting applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Human Resource Manager.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee records, payroll inputs, and leave administration
• Handle disciplinary and employee relations matters
• Coordinate staff training and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, NAPSA, NHIMA, and PAYE requirements
• Prepare HR reports and workforce statistics
🎓 Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, preferably in mining or industrial sector
• Knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• ZIHRM membership required
• Valid Silicosis Certificate
• Grade 12 Certificate and updated CV
