First Quantum Minerals is offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Safety Officer to join its Occupational Health & Safety team and gain hands-on experience in a mining environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions
• Conduct safety audits and inspections
• Support health and safety training programs
• Maintain safety records and reports
• Coordinate with external safety service providers
• Compile safety data and ensure legal compliance

🔹 Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Valid Class C1 driver’s license
• Willingness to work shifts
