GEYES Incorporated is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Human Resource Officer to join its growing HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment processes (advertising, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases
• Assist with payroll inputs (attendance, leave, timesheets)
• Implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee queries and support staff welfare initiatives
• Coordinate training, inductions, and performance appraisals
• Ensure compliance with Zambian labour laws
• Prepare HR reports and documentation
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in HR or administration
• ZIHRM membership (or eligibility) is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR practices
