Quantum Leap Farm is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to establish and manage accounting systems while ensuring compliance with ZRA, PACRA, NAPSA, NHIMA, and WCFCB requirements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tax compliance (PAYE, VAT, WHT, CIT)
• Handle payroll and statutory contributions
• Prepare financial reports and management accounts
• Maintain accounting systems and internal controls
• Manage reconciliations, records, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with Zambian accounting and company regulations

🎓 Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• ZICA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification/membership preferred
• 3–5 years accounting experience
• Experience with ZRA Smart Returns, NAPSA & NHIMA systems
• Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Fast Accounts, VIP, or Micropay
