Available Positions and Locations
- Teller (6 vacancies) – Positions available in Lusaka, Solwezi, and Ndola
- Customer Service Officer (2 vacancies) – Positions available in Solwezi and Ndola
Role Responsibilities for Bank Jobs in Lusaka Solwezi Ndola
Teller
- Process cash and cheque transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure daily balancing and reconciliation of teller transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service at teller points
- Promote and cross-sell UBA’s banking products and services
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Customer Service Officer
- Manage the customer service desk to ensure smooth operations
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Support cross-selling initiatives for bank products and services
- Assist with account opening processes and issuing welcome packs
- Maintain a clean and welcoming banking hall environment
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum first degree in a business-related field from a recognized university, with at least a Credit grade or higher
- Grade 12 Certificate with at least five credits, including English and Mathematics
- Certificates verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)
- Relevant experience in banking or customer service is advantageous
- Excellent communication, IT proficiency, and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a professional office environment
