We are seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our team at the KCM Project – 4 Shaft Operations in Chililabombwe, Copperbelt, Zambia.

Available Positions for Mining Jobs in Chililabombwe

1. Heavy Equipment Repair Foreman (1 Position)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Craft Certificate in a relevant technical field
• Valid EIZ Certificate
• Valid Silicosis Certificate
• Grade 12 Certificate
• At least 4 years of work experience, preferably in underground mining in a similar role

2. Technical Planner (1 Position)

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Mining Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Minimum 3 years’ mining experience
• Documents certified by ZAQA
• Membership with EIZ (Mining Engineer)
• Valid Blasting License
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Valid Silicosis Certificate
• Preferably 5 years’ relevant underground mining experience

3. Training Superintendent (1 Position)

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Mining, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Teaching Methodology Certification, Training Facilitation Certification, or equivalent
• Documents certified by ZAQA
• Membership with EIZ
• Experience in training needs analysis, delivery, coaching, mentoring, and curriculum development
• Ability to conduct assessments and evaluate training effectiveness
• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and industry best practices
