Job description
Tactivo Technologies is hiring an IT Support & Development Manager to lead support and development teams and help drive innovation through software development, automation, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT support operations.
- Lead and manage software development projects.
- Oversee system deployments, maintenance, and performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Manage IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud systems.
- Coordinate software releases, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Mentor, develop, and grow technical teams.
- Drive innovation and solutions across the Maestro platform and other products.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support and software development.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of networking, databases, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise application development is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
