Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing IT support services across the hygiene products and washing powder manufacturing plants, including but not limited to:
- Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting printers, desktops, operating systems, and application software.
- Providing end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network equipment, including switches, wireless controllers, and wireless access points (APs).
- Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining CCTV surveillance systems, including camera installation, NVR setup, and system troubleshooting.
- Performing network cable termination and ensuring proper network connectivity.
- Conducting routine inspections, monitoring network performance, and carrying out preventive maintenance on IT infrastructure.
- Supporting the installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT systems to ensure stable and efficient business operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant IT support experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
- CCNA certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Practical experience installing and maintaining CCTV systems, including NVR configuration.
- Basic knowledge of network cable termination, structured cabling, and network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with network monitoring, fault diagnosis, and routine IT infrastructure inspections.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and respond promptly to technical issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to IT support.
