Qualifications: 

Minimum bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university and 4 years experience or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee the setup, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades of all IT systems (servers, computers, software, and devices) in coordination with Group IT.
Provide support and guidance during system upgrades, installations, and data management.
Manage the development and improvement of systems, ensuring new solutions integrate smoothly with existing ones.
Work with affiliate staff to create strategies that improve services, user efficiency, and innovation.
Communicate regularly with management and staff about IT services and updates.
Support colleagues by developing their skills to meet changing business needs and new technologies.
Create training programs, procedures, and user guides to help staff use systems effectively.
Maintain accurate documentation, including manuals, licenses, and records of system changes.
Deliver end-user support through help desk and technical assistance.
Stay updated on new technologies and assess which solutions best meet business needs.
Manage IT budgets, purchasing, and financial planning.
Establish and enforce IT policies covering system architecture, security, and disaster recovery.
