Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Specialist/data Manager to join our dynamic team at TROPGAN Ltd. In this role, you will support the management and maintenance of our IT and data systems, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and innovation. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
IT specialist qualifications
Proven experience as an IT specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and appropriate software applications.
Familiarity with internet security and data privacy principles.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience.
IT specialist skills
Expertise in data management and data security.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Expertise in managing multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and precision.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Design, construct and maintain computer system performance and security across various platforms
Contribute to data entry
Participate in team meetings to discuss system improvements and performance metrics
Assist in training staff on system use and best practices for optimization
Preferred:
1+ years of experience and an IT specialist or similar role.
Experience of health care-related issues an added advantage
