Job description
Mifflin Trading Limited seeks an IT Services Technician to handle computer hardware maintenance, networking, fiber optic installations, and VoIP systems for clients in the mining sector. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain computer hardware, networks, fiber optics, and VoIP systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues.
Conduct site visits and technical assessments.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.
Hands-on experience with networking equipment and VoIP systems.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Based in Kitwe or willing to relocate.
