Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

As an IT Project Technician at Nasle Technologies, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of IT and electronic security solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting site assessments and technical surveys to evaluate project requirements.
• Developing technical recommendations and detailed project implementation plans.
• Installing, configuring, and commissioning IT systems and electronic security solutions.
• Training end-users on newly deployed systems to ensure smooth adoption.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues both on-site and remotely.
• Ensuring all projects are completed professionally, on schedule, and within agreed timelines.
• Providing ongoing technical support and post-installation assistance.

Qualifications and Experience for IT Project Technician Jobs in Lusaka

• Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or a related discipline.
