Job description
IT Internship – Software Development & Financial Technology
Azure Financial Services is seeking passionate and driven IT interns with a strong interest in software development and financial technology (FinTech). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building innovative digital solutions that transform the financial services landscape in Zambia.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, coding, testing, and deployment of software applications.
Support the development of digital tools that enhance customer experience in financial services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct research on emerging technologies in FinTech and propose innovative ideas for implementation.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for in-house systems and applications.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
Interest in financial technology, digital payments, and software-driven financial solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
