ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Internet Sales Agent at a kiosk located at Eastpark in Lusaka. The Internet Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling internet solutions, providing customer support, and ensuring efficient service delivery to clients. The role will involve engaging with customers, offering basic on-boarding on internet services, and handling assurance-related queries.

Experience in Telecommunication (internet) tasks
Public presentation abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in an open space
Knowledge of internet solutions and technologies is a must
Must be female
Must reside near East park mall
Must be able to hook, call out, approach and persuade customers to walk to her workstation
Must have convincing abilities
Must be able to peruse a customer
Must be an Extrovert and Enthusiastic
Must be good at English and an expressive person
Must be very sharp, attention to details (mistakes, processes and attainments)
Must be intelligent and be able to bring out new ideas
Must have had a good previous work attendance record
Must be a perseverant person
Must be ready to start immediately
Certificate/diploma in Marketing or Public Relations
