Job Description
We seek dynamic, experienced Sales and Marketing Associates to represent 2–3 supplier brands within our showroom. You will guide clients through product selections (primarily via catalogues), deliver expert advice, and drive sales across diverse interior decor categories.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement: Provide personalized consultations to high-end clients, leveraging catalogues to present products (e.g., furniture, kitchens, aluminium doors/windows).
Product Expertise: Quickly absorb supplier training materials to articulate features, benefits, and technical details of multiple product lines.
Showroom Management: Maintain assigned supplier displays and ensure catalogues/marketing materials are up-to-date.
Collaboration: Work with team members to share product knowledge and optimize client experiences.
Target-Driven: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while upholding exceptional service standards.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in sales/marketing, preferably in interior decor, luxury retail, or high-end lifestyle products.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or a related field.
Skills:
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and learn complex product information quickly.
Tech-savvy (comfortable with digital catalogues, basic CRM tools).
Attributes: Professional demeanour, passion for design, and customer-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in catalogue-based sales environments.
Knowledge of luxury home automation, cabinetry, or architectural products.
