Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Information Communication Technology Technicians located in Lusaka, Zambia. The position involves managing day-to-day technical operations including network administration, computer and printer maintenance, and providing ICT and technical support. The role requires proactive problem-solving and ensuring optimal functioning of ICT equipment and systems to support the organization’s operations.Geographic Reference

You should have experience in:

LAN/WAN network installations
Software installation & troubleshooting
CCTV & surveillance systems
Access control systems
Short & long range radio installations
Computer & printer maintenance & repair
Basic to intermediate solar installations

Comfortable working on-site and in field environments

Requirements:

Relevant ICT / Electronics / Telecom qualifications
Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on practical experience
Valid driver’s license
