Engaging with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. Addressing customer inquiries, questions, and resolving complaints promptly and professionally. Preparing and delivering accurate quotes and proposals tailored to client needs. Maintaining and updating the CRM database to ensure accurate sales tracking. Consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives. Collaborating with the sales team during regular meetings to share insights and strategies. Qualifications and Skills Required for ICT Sales Executive Jobs in Lusaka Candidates interested in this position must demonstrate the following qualifications and skills: A valid driver’s license is essential for this role.
