HONG XIANG INVESTMENTS LIMITED**
JOB OPPORTUNITY – HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Hong Xiang Investments Limited, a Solwezi-based mining entity engaged in the processing and production of high-quality copper cathodes, is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective human resource strategies, policies, and procedures.
* Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
* Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and disciplinary procedures.
* Ensure compliance with Zambian labour laws and company regulations.
* Lead staff training, development, and retention initiatives.
* Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Full membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
* A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a senior HR management role, preferably in the mining or manufacturing sector.
* Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Location:Solwezi, North-Western Province
