Key Responsibilities
Support HR managers in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance
Schedule interviews, coordinate meetings, and draft correspondence
Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
Maintain HR databases and track employee attendance, leave, and performance reviews
Help enforce company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
Provide frontline support to staff with HR-related queries

What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role (internship experience accepted)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software (advantageous)
