Job description
We are seeking qualified, dedicated, and motivated professionals to join our growing team in the following positions:
1. Human Resource Officer (1 Position)
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
• Registered with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
2. H.E.R Mechanics (Heavy Equipment Repair Mechanics)
Requirements:
• Craft Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Heavy Equipment Repair or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 1-year relevant underground work experience.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty machinery and equipment.
3. Auto-Electricians
Requirements:
• Craft Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Auto Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 1-year relevant underground work experience.
• Sound knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
4. Assistant Safety Officer (1 Position)
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience.
• Membership or registration with a relevant professional body.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent reporting skills.
