As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a key role in managing all HR functions to support our organization’s growth and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with Zambian labor regulations, including NAPSA and NHIMA procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain talent.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation efficiently.
• Coordinate payroll activities and ensure timely NAPSA and NHIMA registrations.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company standards.
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Support management in workforce planning and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure strict compliance with Zambian labor laws and internal regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of two years’ proven experience in a human resource role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Zambian labor legislation, NAPSA, and NHIMA procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive workplace relations.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
