Job description

Salary: 5,000–10,000 Zambian Kwacha per month (depending on work experience)

Job Summary

Our company is a growing enterprise in the lottery sales industry. We are now recruiting a professional and qualified Human Resources Specialist to support the company’s expanding business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, and HR compliance-related work.

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (posting job vacancies, resume screening, interviewing, employee onboarding)

– Manage employee files and HR-related documents and records

– Draft and manage labor contracts and human resources management systems

– Handle employee relations issues and mediate workplace disputes

– Assist with payroll coordination and attendance management

– Ensure all operations comply with Zambian labor laws and company regulations

– Organize employee training and performance appraisal activities

Requirements (Essential)

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

– Must be a registered member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (valid professional HR certification required)

– Familiar with Zambian HR management practices and labor laws and regulations

– Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel

– Excellent communication, organization and coordination skills

– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

– 3–5 years of relevant work experience in human resources (fresh graduates with ZIHRM certification are also eligible)

– Prior experience in recruitment management is preferred

– Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
