As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking to recruit a dedicated Pre- and After-Sales Solutions Technician.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver technical support during pre-sales activities, including solution design, product presentations, and client consultations.
Configure and deploy HUAWEI ICT solutions across enterprise environments.
Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
Liaise with HUAWEI technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
Document solution architectures and support procedures.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in IT Networking, Telecommunications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Agile, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies
Strong presentation and training skills
Capable of configuring networking devices
Proven experience with HUAWEI enterprise solutions (certifications such as HCIA, HCIP,CCNA or HCIA an advantage).
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud technologies, and data centers.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
