Key Responsibilities for Housekeeping Booking Manager Jobs in Lusaka

• Manage apartment bookings and reservations across multiple platforms to maximize occupancy
• Coordinate housekeeping schedules and uphold stringent cleanliness standards
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and respond promptly to customer enquiries
• Monitor apartment occupancy and implement strategies to optimize booking rates
• Maintain positive guest relations to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
• Oversee inventory management, supplies, and daily apartment operational tasks
• Support marketing efforts through social media and online promotion of apartments

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality, apartment management, or guest services
• Strong skills in marketing and booking management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bubbly, charismatic, proactive, and well-presented personality
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
• Valid driver’s licence for both automatic and manual vehicles
• Must own a motor vehicle
• Computer literate with familiarity in booking platforms is advantageous
• Immediate availability to start work
