Housekeeper Supervisor

MOBA Hotel, a leading hospitality establishment in Kitwe, Copperbelt, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Clean and tidy guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards

 

Replenish supplies and report any maintenance issues

 

Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

 

Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred with atleast 5 years experience

 

Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

Strong attention to detail and reliability

 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job
