? Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and checking in guests
Assisting with bookings and reservations
Supporting retreat/event coordination
Ensuring guest satisfaction
Assisting with food & beverage service
Maintaining high cleanliness and service standards
? Requirements:
Studying or recently completed a Certificate/ Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
Strong communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
