Overview

We are recruiting!

Our client in Ndola, Zambia is looking for a Hospital Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Health Industry.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensure operational excellence, and uphold the highest standards of clinical care and patient service.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage hospital operations across all departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
• Foster a culture of professionalism, clinical competence, and exceptional customer service
• Implement standards, SOPs, policies, and quality assurance frameworks
• Oversee staffing needs, recruitment, allocation, and roster management
• Build collaborative relationships with government bodies, corporate clients, and community stakeholders
• Drive business growth through community engagement and marketing initiatives
• Ensure accurate billing, stock control, asset management, and financial accountability
• Promote teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality standards
• Ensure availability and maintenance of medical equipment and infrastructureAdvertise in Zambia

Qualifications & Experience
• Clinical qualification (e.g. RN, RM, or equivalent) – mandatory
• Minimum 5 years’ management experience in a clinical or hospital setting
• Postgraduate qualification in Health Administration/Management – advantageous
• Proven leadership, operations management, and financial oversight
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
