Job description
We are seeking reputable service providers to submit quotations for the hire of eleven (11) 30-seater buses and eleven (11) closed luggage trailers for out-of-town travel from 24th August 2025 to 30th August 2025.
Requirements:
Each bus must be roadworthy and fully licensed.
Licensed and experienced drivers are required.
Buses must be equipped with functional air conditioning and seatbelts.
Availability is required throughout the entire contract period.
Closed luggage trailers must be of appropriate size and in good condition.
Proof of insurance and compliance with all relevant transport regulations for both buses and trailers is mandatory.
Documents to be submitted:
Company profile with traceable references
Workers’ compensation certification
Proof of ownership with comprehensive insurance
Napsa compliance certification
Tax clearance certificate
Key Dates:
Submission deadline: 15th May 2025
Bus and trailer inspection date: 30th May 2025 (buses and trailers must be available for inspection on this date)
