Job Title: Heavy Equipment Electronic Technician

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Electronic Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electronic systems on heavy machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and repair electronic systems on heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and cranes.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to ensure equipment reliability.
Read and interpret electronic schematics and diagrams.
Use testing devices such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic software to identify and fix electronic issues.
Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure efficient and timely repairs.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

Full grade 12 certificate
Diploma/Degree in relevant educational field
Atleast 5 years Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Electronic Technician.
Strong knowledge of electronic systems and components on heavy machinery.
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and diagrams.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications or technical training.
