Job description

Head Chef – Brand New Hotel in Zambia

We’re opening a brand new hotel in Zambia and looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen, design outstanding menus, and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Your Role:

• Lead all kitchen operations from pre-opening to daily service

• Design and develop creative, high-quality menus

• Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff

• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards

• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cost control measures

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef

• Culinary qualification or relevant certification

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage

• Ability to manage food costs and kitchen operations efficiently

• Willingness to relocate
